By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Bob Freeman 2015-09-05 15:43:21 CDT
For a few days I got errors like

http://ppa2.quickbuild.pearsoncomputing.net/redirect.php?file=trinity-r14.0.0/ubuntu/pool/main/liba/libart-lgpl/libart-2.0-dev_14.0.1-0ubuntu14.04.0+1_amd64.deb
HTTP/1.1 509 Maximum Instantaneous Bandwidth Exceeded
There are too many users accessing this server to be able to service your request
Please try again later

Also at https://www.trinitydesktop.org/servicealerts/ it did not show anything about this problem.

Maybe it should say something on the homepage in case anyone wants to help with mirroring or something.
Comment 1 Timothy Pearson 2015-09-05 15:57:42 CDT
Odd; this problem should have been resolved a day or two in advance of the release announcement. Are you still experiencing the fault as of this writing?
Comment 2 Bob Freeman 2015-09-06 02:13:38 CDT
No but bugs.pearsoncomputing.net seems very slow right now.

The problem with the upgrade server was for the first few days after the upgrade, maybe 4-6 days. The paths ubuntu/pool/main/liba and ubuntu/pool/main/t behaved like they are on different servers - one was overloaded for a few days, and after it was OK the other was still overloaded for a further few days.

Whether they were overloaded or not they should probably still be listed at https://www.trinitydesktop.org/servicealerts/

The primary server has low bandwidth. A primary mirror and additional Slavek's repo have been put in place to alleviate this problem.
I am marking this bug fixed. Please reopen if you run into this problem again and repeatably.
