By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.

adept can not be installed in jessie/stretch due to missing dependencies:
1) app-install-data (this was previously in bug 2569)
2) update-notifier-common

At the moment it is necessary to download those packages from wheezy and install them manually. Then adept can be installed.

update-notifier-common is already solved for R14.0.3!

Ah, I see it! Package apt-config-auto-update is from jessie-backports :(

The question is how to deal with this dependency because on jessie (without backports) is no equivalent package available. I propose to add this package to the build-deps.

Required dependency package (pk-update-icon) now available in deps-r14 repo for Jessie. Bug can be closed.
