By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

[It's in ksnapshot-trinity, and I don't know how to tell if that's 'TDE utilities'. It's in R14.0.2 but that's not in the version list.]

ksnapshot->print leads to a window titled 'Print Screenshot - KSnapshot' which doesn't have a portrait/landscape option. A workaround (only suitable sometimes) is to select an elongated area of the screen eg make it more tall than wide if you want to print it in portrait mode.

Using print preview shows what will happen, but for people who don't, even a warning about which way it will print would be better than nothing.
