By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Installed on Panasonic Toughbook cf-73....tried to select other keyboard layouts but nothing changes,,,,please help,,,is there a patch or fix

Hi there,
I suppose you are talking about Q4OS, which is *not* our OS. In fact we do not have an OS, just a DE.
The problem you described seems to be related to the keyboard settings, either CLI settings or graphical ones.
Please report this bug to Q4OS website, not TDE website.
AFAIK, TDE has no issues with keyboard support if setting is correct.
Closing the bug as "not our problem", no intention to be rude.
