By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Kristopher 2016-07-10 17:35:23 CDT
In Settings -> Firewall/Censorship Evasion -> Evade your firewall , the maximum port Tork will allow is port 9999, but the maximum port allowed via TCP is 65535. I have a few ports opened above port 9999 that I can't set in Tork because of it's limit. That means I can't instruct Tork to use all ports I make available to it.

I found also several other wrong limits for port numbers. All should be fixed by commit efa6236b (master) and ef29d707 (r14.0.x).
