By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.

The failure build log

The lnusertemp some why doesn't respects HOME for root user.

In combine with the fact that recently some tests are being running during build uncontionally, it results in sandbox violation and FTBFS (see attached log) on gentoo (so high priority).

I believe that the patch may also be pushed into R14.0.x branch == meta bug 2696.
