By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

kmail mangled chars in subject line

Hi all,
there is something that is bugging me for quite a while already.
I don't know if someone experiences this.
In the attachment you'll see that first subject is mangled and second is representing German ä,ö,ü properly.
I wonder if it has something to do with text/html and iso8859-1. Hence I create this bug to investigate further. IT could be also that the one displayed wrong, is not obeying some rfc, but this is to be found out.

Wrong displayed:

Subject: NiMh - Akku 8500 mAh Gr????e Mono, D, HR20
Content-Type: text/html; charset="iso-8859-1"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

Properly displayed:

Subject: =?utf-8?B?VGhlb3JpZSBVIG5hY2ggQy4gTy4gU2NoYXJtZXIgLSBFdXJvcMOkaXNjaGVyIEJpbGR1bmdzcHJlaXMgMjAxNg==?=

Content-Type: text/plain;
	charset="iso-8859-1"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
