By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description wofgdkncxojef 2017-08-05 10:52:05 CDT
kaffeine still looks for win32 codecs on first start.
Warning that you'll not be able to play wmv files ....
wmv play fine.

Yes, i know what win32 codecs are and that they are completely obsolete.

Moved to R14.0.6.
List for R14.0.5 is frozen already.
Comment 2 wofgdkncxojef 2018-05-21 11:42:25 CDT
Just to be clear, this is trivial.
kaffeine simply still looks for win32 codecs and complains at first start.
Nothing esoteric is going on.
Xine engine works just fine.
Just need to remove that obsolete test.

Patch from Gregory Guy pushed in commits 5ce7c8e (R14.1) and 83456f0 (R14.0).
Thanks Greg, keep it up!
