By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

KPty::login() and KPty::logout() are hardcoded to update utmp via "/usr/lib/utempter/utempter".  However, at least in CentOS7, that file has been moved to "/usr/libexec/utempter".

As a result, utmp is not updated when a user logs in or opens a terminal with konsole.

Fixed in GIT commit a14adb9a (master) and 1e22a0ce (r14.0.x).
