By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

libjasper1 in TDE deps-r14 in 14.0.4 for stretch has version "1.900.1-debian1-2.4debian9.0.0+3" which is less than the version of libjasper1 in Debian jessie which is "1.900.1-debian1-2.4+deb8u3".

If successfully overridden with apt pinning this then results in warnings about downgrading and later about 1 package not upgraded.

Possible cause is missing "+" character in version string.

The version has been updated from 1.900.1-debian1-2.4* to 1.900.1-debian1-2.5* to allow keep the same method of versioning as for other Trinity packages.
