By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Timothy Pearson 2018-09-01 01:18:52 CDT
When using Konversation with an auto-join channel list, Konversation does not auth to services before joining channels. In the wake of the August 2018 spam attacks, this means that joining protected channels does not work. Since most channels are now protected, it is very tedious to load up a standard multi-channel IRC session.

There's some additional discussion at https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=132608

For TDE, a reasonable solution may be to simply delay a couple seconds on autoconnect when authentication is requested.
