By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Christoph Kalchreuter 2019-03-07 09:04:48 CST
On a system with two screens it isn't possible to move the top of a Window on one screen below the Panel of the other screen.

# Steps to reproduce

* Position one screen below the other one (via "Configure Displays")
* Set a Panel to appear only on the bottom of the screen with the higher position
* Open a Window on (or move it to) the screen that has no panel (the one with the lower position)
* Drag the top of the Window downwards

It's not possible to drag the Window further than the position where the bottom edge of the titlebar meets the top edge of the panel on the other screen.
