By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Screenshots of ark (top), URL in konqueror (middle) and downloaded ZIP in konqueror (bottom).

When opening a ZIP file (I've tested with <https://wiki.blinkenarea.org/images/2/2e/AKL-Mini-t13-2019-11-17.zip>) in ark, the timestamps of the files in the archive are sometimes displayed incorrectly.
* 2023-09-30 becomes 2030-02-09
* 2019-12-11 becomes 2011-01-12
* 2019-11-17 becomes 2017-01-11
* 2011-02-04 becomes 2004-01-02
There appears to be a pattern: day becomes year, month becomes date, and date divided by 10 becomes month (except when result is 0).

The same happens when opening the above URL in konqueror (ark integration), but NOT when first downloading the ZIP file using another browser and then opening it in konqueror (in the latter case, the timestamps are correct). It still happens when opening the downloaded file in ark proper.

Extracted files seem to receive the correct timestamp in all cases.
