By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Sam McCallie 2009-02-02 19:25:41 CST
Using "sudo apt-get update" gives the following error:

W: GPG error: http://ppa.launchpad.net intrepid Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 4874D3686E80C6B7
W: GPG error: http://ppa.launchpad.net intrepid Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY CB2F6C86F77B1CA9
E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?

I've even reinstalled the public key and still get the same error. Started a week or so ago.

You have two problems there. One (the GPG warning) is a duplicate of bug 37, so I will mark this bug as a duplicate of bug 37.

The other problem is specific to your system. Make sure that you don't have any other aptitude, apt-get, synaptic, dpkg, or adept processes running, then try the apt-get update again.
