By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Andrey 2008-11-04 03:22:56 CST
I have upgrade hardy (bluetooth works in hardy) to interpid (also with kernel), then downgrade kde4 to kde3 from backports - bluetooth not work in current kde3. but works in command line.

Also, you should probably file a bug report at http://bugs.pearsoncomputing.net That way, all the information will be in one spot.

*** Bug 27 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***

kdebluetooth-kde3 still missing in jaunty (9.04):

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Package kdebluetooth-kde3 is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package kdebluetooth-kde3 has no installation candidate

Won't fix.
Comment 4 Darrell 2012-11-19 11:30:54 CST
Tagging as WONTFIX based on last comment.
Comment 5 Timothy Pearson 2012-11-19 11:51:04 CST
I'm going to contradict my 2009 self here and say this should be reclassified as an enhancement request to reactivate the TDE bluetooth daemon. The majority of the work is simply porting to the new bluetooth library; most of the frontend code should still work.

Where is the code for libkbluetooth0 and kdebluetooth?
This will be a good exercise if I have time to work on it.
Comment 7 deloptes 2017-08-21 16:47:43 CDT
I found kdebluetooth-1.0_beta8
Comment 8 Michele Calgaro 2023-05-11 03:53:07 CDT
tdebluez has been added to R14.1.0, so I believe this bug can now be closed.
