By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Kinfocenter launches empty. None of the components is available. I found a workaround: right-click the KDE task bar and add the "Settings" applet. All the individual modules are there.

KInfoCenter is deprecated. In R14 (GIT) the KInfoCenter bin file no longer exists and is now a sym link pointing to KControl.

In the latest GIT, Two of the former KInfoCenter modules, Protocols and Samba Status are now found in KControl, Internet & Network. The remaining KInfoCenter modules are available in KControl, Hardware, Information.

KInfoCenter deprecation and cleanup are being tracked in bug report 289.
