By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Phil Salkie 2011-04-26 16:47:21 CDT
Trinity/Maverick, i386 system, updated from previous Trinity releases.

If LD_PRELOAD=/opt/kde3/lib/kgtk/libkgtk2.so (which happens when the file "/opt/kde3/share/kgtk/preload" contains "/opt/kde3/lib/kgtk/libkgtk2.so") then when you try to use the "/File/Save as" function in Gnumeric, the save file types are all "Unknown" and "Save", "Cancel" or "[X]" on the dialog page will cause a segfault. Interestingly, Gimp works fine - not sure what's different between how Gimp and Gnumeric call up that dialog box.

Also, on some of my Trinity systems, kgtk is not installed, but it was on the one with the Gnumeric problem - not sure how or why kgtk got installed on only one system...

This bug has been fixed in SVN revision 1258106 by deactivating the Trinity dialogs for applications that kgtk-qt3 has not been validated against.
