By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

alt-tab works only until it reaches the limitations of the display height, whereupon it truncates the list to only the most recently selected windows.

Possible fix 1: scrolling

Possible fix 2: columns -- this is what MS Windows has done.

Note that there may be mole solutions, and that these might wokr well in conjunction.  What about someone who has 800 GIMP windows, for example...

Columns + scrolling is the correct way, to be able to addres the case when columns would still be more than the visible screen (see screenshot in bug 2751)
