By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

In Control Center, Appearance and Themes, Icons, Advanced, is an option to configure Show icon activation effect. The option works but requires restarting TDE to take effect. Conversely the same option in the Panels configuration is effective immediately and requires no restart of TDE.

I don't necessarily have to exit my TDE session.

However, sometimes the change does not take effect. That is, sometimes when I toggle the check box, the previous effect remains. Yes, I'm careful to select the Apply button. :)

I can double toggle the check box and select Apply and then the effect behaves as configured.

Most of the time the effects function as configured, but sometimes the check box change seems not to be registering with the desktop.
