Move all apps in the "More Applications" submenus to the parent menu and delete the submenus:

Graphics
Internet
Multimedia
Office
System
Utilities

The number of apps listed in each "More Applications" submenu are few and waste space. The submenu name is not informative about the task. There is no compelling reason to maintain these submenus.

One option is to create meaningful submenus such as is found in the Development, Edutainment, and Games Menus.

The Utilities menu is rather large and to reduce the size, perhaps the layout of the original 3.5.10 Utilities menu should be restored with submenus of Accessibility, Desktop, Editors, File, PIM, Peripherals, Toys.

There are two Settings menu, albeit one is optional. Nonetheless, there should be no repetition in menu option names. There is duplication between the two Settings menus:

Boot Manager (LILO)
CDDB Configuration
Configure the Panel
Digital Camera
Image Index
Local Network Chat
Network Settings
Printers
Wallet Management Tool
Wireless Network

If those items were removed and the default Trinity installation was to enable the optional Settings menu, the only remaining menu options in the top level Settings menu are:

Desktop Settings Wizard
Menu Editor
Menu Updating Tool

Those three could be moved to the System or Utilities menu.
