By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Nick Leverton 2011-12-01 13:23:30 CST
The official package of kde-guidance-trinity for Debian Squeeze will not install its initscript. Attempting to configure the package gives a "usage: update-rc.d etc" error.

This is because the debhelper fragment that's been automatically added to /var/lib/dpkg/info/kde-guidance-trinity.postinst uses the call "update-rc.d kde-guidance-trinity multiuser" but the version of update-rc.d in Squeeze doesn't support "multiuser" runlevel option.

I'm not sure at the moment if the Debian Testing update-rc.d allows "multiuser" or whether this option is solely an Ubuntu-ism. Either way, the error should be resolved by building the package in a Squeeze chroot (using pbuilder or otherwise).
