By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description James 2011-12-11 12:25:56 CST
kde-trinity depends upon
kdegraphics-trinity, which depends upon
kghostview-trinity, which depends upon
gs, which is obsolete, and has been renamed to "ghostscript".

So "kde-trinity" would then be _removed_ by "apt-get dist-upgrade" and "synaptic".

Supposedly, debian testing package "ghostscript-x" provides the virtual package "gs", but fails to do so, and breakage follows.

Please update the dependency in kghostview-trinity.

As a work-around in debian unstable, manually install package gs-8.62.dfsg.1-3.2lenny5 using dpkg. That gs package contains only three files in /usr/share/doc/gs, but installing it solves the dependency problem.

The correct dependency is actually ghostscript-x; updated in GIT hash 15f51af.
