By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Darrell 2011-12-27 11:54:34 CST
The spell checker (for example, in Kate) does not remember a previous spell check. Pretty stupid. :)

Shoot, back in the early 90s with MS Word 6 the spell checker cached the previous spell check. Twenty years later....

Sure would be nice if spell checking was cached into memory durig each session an app is open. Pretty silly to have to spell check an entire document every time rather than just check new text and changes. :)

To clarify, the problem is not rechcecking the entire document each time (sensible), but that corrections/exceptions are not cached/remembered.

FYI: KDE4 has this option. Nice. Perhaps some code snippets can be massaged from KDE4.
