By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

There is no easy or straightforward method to stop Load-on-Demand Services. There is a Start and Stop button for Startup Services. The stop button should be available for Load-on-Demand Services.

Seems there are many ways to start the password and kwallet services, even when they are explicitly disabled. The cookie jar service starts when Konqueror is run in web browsing mode, even when cookies are disabled. Likewise the favicon service.
