By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Calvin Morrison 2012-01-22 16:54:31 CST
When our desktop lock is enabled, and a background dialog steals the focus, it is impossible to unlock the window. You cannot reselect the window because dialog boxes are persistent annoying buggers.

Reproduce it!

1.) sleep 10 && kdialog --error TEST.
2.) <manually lock the screen>

Be warned you can't get back in without killing it in a TTY.

could we use kwin's focus stealing prevention and set it with an window
specific behavior? I've tried it but maybe i'm doing it incorrectly.

This bug is (mostly) fixed in GIT hash 678bea5.

If the lock dialog loses focus, simply click on it to reactivate focus, as you would for any other window.

A separate enhancement bug report could be filed against the fact that the lock dialog can lose focus at all, however as you surmised the fix would have to come from deep within the window manager, and would in all likelihood not be portable to other window managers.
