By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Quanta Plus provides a VPL (Virtual Preview Layout) mode for HTML but not for DocBook. Unlike HTML, DocBook can't be displayed in a traditional (what you see is what you get) WYSIWYG preview because DocBook, by design, is format agnostic.

Yet Quanta Plus can be improved by providing a (what you see is what you mean) WYSIWYM interface. In this mode the user does not see how the document will look in its final format, but sees the content structure in a more viewable fashion. Working in WYSIWYM is easier for most people than in direct markup.

All popular XML editors provide such a viewing mode. This mode provides immediate feedback to the user. Another example of WYSIWYM is Lyx, the LaTex editor.

Typically a WYSIWYM interface or preview is performed by using a style sheet that trasnlates the underlying DocBook code.
