By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Raevyn 2012-02-01 11:39:05 CST
When your try to save a file from within Opera and Firefox from the dialog box that pops on, upon pressing save they immediately crash.

I removed kgtk-qt3-trinity package and now the dialog is a gtk box (ick) but no longer are they crashing.

For note, I installed Kubuntu Oneiric.

I don't know about the crash, but I recall that Opera only supports the KDE4 file picker dialog box and does not support KDE3/TDE. We probably could ask the Opera people to restore their support for TDE.

I can confirm file save dialog do not works in many GTK2 apps for Debian Wheezy amd64.

Inkscape crashes on file save:
inkscape[7257]: segfault at 0 ip 00007f2ba5b73db0 sp 00007fff4fbd1ce8 error 4 in libgtkmm-2.4.so.1.1.0[7f2ba581e000+3e7000]

Dia and Chromium just silently do not save files, Gimp works from time to time.

Removing kgtk-qt3-trinity package fixes the problem.
