Amarok 3.5.13: fix missing includes (FTBFS)

Hello, I currently have some patches to build Amarok on Fedora, and I suggest they could go upstream for the future stable release. The patches are for TDE 3.5.13, I do not know if they have already been pushed to GIT by someone else.

Many of the patches for Amarok is bad.
I had to use their good versions from Git.
